Certain vehicles will need the ecu unlocked 2015+ Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Jeep,  Ford MG1 PCM, Some Transmission Controllers.  The link above at the bottom of the page in red will help you with what will need an unlock service.

2018+ Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Jeep vehicles will need a Security Access cable as well as an unlock service to flash the vehicle.
